The business that emailed you uses our platform to deliver their messages. Think of us like the postal service — we carry the mail, but the message comes from the business. Their name should appear in the "from" field of the email.
There should be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message — that goes directly to the business and takes effect immediately. If there's no unsubscribe link, or if you keep receiving emails after unsubscribing, let us know at abuse@mailmont.com. We take that seriously and will follow up with the sender.
Use the verification tool above to check the sender address. If it doesn't come back as verified, don't interact with the email. Forward it to abuse@mailmont.com — we investigate every report and will suspend senders who violate our policies.
